They sound really good at best and for that price please buy 8" Skar speakers. I have a set of the ones I bought used and will be selling them for another set of Skar 8s. They are just not great rated speakers.

I bought them in January. I had to wait for good weather to install them and when I installed them I found that one of them was blown/broken when they came so I'm now stuck with a brand new set of speakers the other had, although the one that worked has a very good sound. I tested them when I bought it.

sounds great. Unfortunately we have been on the boat for a week now and the lights stopped working, they started flashing one by one and then just stopped working. I think the rear panel sealing is not very good and that could be an issue, also a small spot of rust has shown up on one of the tweeters, wish they had used better materials.

They look great, sound great and no one else can match this sound quality for a speaker at this price. I changed pioneers every 2 years. We'll see how long they last, but at this price point, who cares. LEDs work great too. You need to put them on the switch and make sure you read the instructions as the polarity is the opposite of what you think. Excellent purchase.
