This is my second travel pillow, the first one I left at the hotel. In the meantime I bought an inflatable reflux pillow from another manufacturer, it wasn't that good. It packs away easily and is more comfortable than most reflux pillows. In fact, if I didn't have cats I would use it all the time.

I get heartburn when I sleep at night. I travel often. This product really works for me. I often have fewer or no problems using it. The product lasts for several months before the shut-off valve starts to leak. So my third purchase in a year and a half. I need this or a similar product when traveling.

I have just returned from a 10 day trip to the UK. We've stayed at four different hotels, so I've been inflating, deflating, and packing my pillow every few days. It was easy. I blew it with my mouth, which took about 3 minutes. And yes, what others have said is correct, don't fill it out completely. I guess around 70% pump worked fine for me. Incidentally, I used my Med-Slant pillowcase, which worked great.

I've been using this inflatable wedge at least once a month for the past 10 months. About 1 time out of 5 I've had problems with a leak to the point that it went flat within a few hours. When I used it on a Saturday night outing it broke again. When I tried to open the valve in the morning to fully deflate the pack, the inside of the valve popped out and could not be repaired. Product as advertised but the air port is difficult to grip making the seal difficult to hold during pump inflation and the port can be closed quickly after exiting (the valve does not act on the port , to prevent rapid air loss) . The pump is not included, but it should be noted that the wedge is often purchased with an Isokinetics 2-way action hand air pump. Don't buy this. I bought this travel pillow because I have heartburn and need it for my upcoming trip. I inflated my pillow before the trip and slept on it 2 nights in a row with great results. I look forward to using my pillow when traveling. When they say inflate the pillow about 60%, they are not kidding. I've found that it actually works best that way. Some reviewers said the edge of the pillow was quite uncomfortable when trying to use it. I found that deflating the pillow a bit helped resolve this issue.

Tried and compared to my bulky foam wedge pillow which I stuff into a travel compression bag. An inflatable pillow is definitely better and takes up a lot less space than my bowling ball sized compressed foam pillow. Like many other reviewers, I agree that there is a hump at the bottom because the inflated wedge-shaped cushion doesn't taper to a sharp edge at the bottom.
