I've been using this inflatable wedge at least once a month for the past 10 months. About 1 time out of 5 I've had problems with a leak to the point that it went flat within a few hours. When I used it on a Saturday night outing it broke again. When I tried to open the valve in the morning to fully deflate the pack, the inside of the valve popped out and could not be repaired. I need an inflatable wedge for travel and when it worked it was great. I doubt I will buy this brand again. TO UPDATE. You just reached out and replaced the wedge. Now I am very satisfied with their responsiveness towards customers!
