The 96XL cartridge worked for a couple of weeks and allowed me to print about 30 pages. It then stopped working (the error indicates that the cartridge ran out of ink, which is not possible due to very little use for a few weeks). I tried to get a replacement but this seller didn't have it in stock. Revain then offered a partial refund and directed me to purchase the cartridge from another seller. And I still have to return the defective cartridge. Not a pleasant experience!

Spoiler alert. I had to return these cartridges as for some reason they were not syncing with my HP Officejet 7310xi. However, these cartridges arrived on time and securely packaged. They are well made and labeled accordingly. I would love to use them, but I understand that strange things sometimes happen when you use non-HP cartridges. It can be hit and missed. I needed to use my printer so I bought an HP 96 cartridge from Staples but I will try this product again if I need a different HP 96.

The print quality of the color cartridge is not very good. Can't get light color. Cleaned printheads and printed many test sheets hoping it would get better but the red is still a faded pink and the blue has faded too. But the black cartridge is good.

I have an old HP 7310 office printer and I've run out of both cartridges. I tried them because of the price. Why not! The colored one worked right away, but the black one had to be wiped off the contacts (but there was a guide in the box on how to do that if something went wrong). So, without much hassle, I collected them and printed them out! Perfect! Thank you!

I've bought remanufactured ink cartridges before and they work well, but I'm very impressed with this set. Black is usually fine but I'm used to getting color cartridges which are in color but not as sharp as using a genuine HP cartridge. This one was different. The colors were good and bright. I will get more of this.
