I bought a pack of 4 of these cartridges. The first cartridge worked after installation. But when I then tried to update the printer firmware, the printer no longer recognized the cartridge. Nothing I've done (reinstalling the cartridge, cleaning the contacts, cleaning the corona line) hasn't helped. I opened the second cartridge from the pack and it didn't work either.
