Leaves black spots on the edges of the printed pages. I followed the installation instructions. I printed 50 pages and my grades haven't improved. Sent back for a refund.

I had problems with the blue, red and yellow toner drums. The powder spread all over my laser printer and I had to buy new toner. Could you send me new drums with yellow, red and blue toner? This cartridge worked fine for about a week before vertical streaks appeared on the page. I've tried contacting and reaching customer service multiple times, but guess what? This product or company does not have a website and has not responded to my Revain customer inquiry. So now I have a 90% full cartridge which is completely unusable.

I thought this would save me money when changing toner. It didn't work as the colors didn't match the OEM toner and I got streaks on the printed pages which was unacceptable. I was forced to buy a full set of OEM replacement cartridges hoping there would be no permanent damage. It turned out that there was no damage and the printer is now working properly.

This product does not fit or replace the HP 201X. It has two notches that prevent it from being loaded into the tray. Of course, they say that like everything else, it's covered by a two-year warranty. I've bought thousands of dollars worth of cartridges and keep spares on hand should I need them. This is the second toner cartridge I have bought. The first printed just over 2700 sheets and I had no problems with it (except that once a black spot appeared on the left side of the printed paper - I took out the cartridge and wiped the spot on the drum with a napkin; this also happens with original HP cartridges). I deducted 1 star because the cartridge is not recognized as a genuine HP cartridge but still works fine for my home use.

The toner made the biggest mess imaginable. I put a new cartridge in and it's been a nightmare ever since. The toner spattered black toner ink all over the machine. The powder is absolutely everywhere and my printer has stopped working. I have contacted the seller. They replied immediately and asked me to send pictures so they could tell me what to do next. I sent the photos and never heard back from them. In the meantime my printer is destroyed. DO NOT order this tonic!

I have ordered and used several of these cartridges over the years. At first they were great but for the last 4 or 5 years I've had a major problem with noticeable blue lines and spots all over. Pages. The company sent me a replacement but I had the same issues with the replacement. I have given up and will not buy it again. This is disappointing because they used to be very cheap for my HP printers but are now only good for drafts. I will have to find another alternative.
