Description of 🌑️ Inkbird ITC-100VH PID Temperature Controller with 40DA SSR Relay and K Thermocouple

PID and ON/OFF Control Mode with high standard self-adjust function. Multiple temperature sensors (K, S, Wre, T, E, J, B, N, CU50, PT100). Accuracy of displaying and controlling 0.1oC.It is more suitable for setups without water cycle, such as ovens. Self-adjusting function and intelligent control of the instrument to ensure the long-term stability. Omron relay inside.

Works well. Displays degrees Celsius only. They have .

Works well. Displays degrees Celsius only. You need to adjust one of the parameters for the reading to be correct - have a good quality temperature sensor.

Pros
  • Inspires trust
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Works identical to Sestos

I bought this temperature controller as an auxiliary heater for my Filastruder (3D printer filament machine) and was able to program this controller the same as the Sestos controller B. to replace Sestos in a Filastruder or to Addition of a second heating band to a machine.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Interchangeable

Turned a cheap torch into a galvanic vessel

I tuned this to on a small scale on black oxidized steel parts. Liquid should stay at 195-200F. I set this up on a basic burner and kept the temperature perfectly within a degree or so of the setting. The instructions were decent enough and I had no problems. The SSR worked great on one leg of the torch cable.

Pros
  • PID controller and ON/OFF control mode with high standard auto tune function
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

This is a fantastic unit. Has a certain learning curve.

This is a fantastic device. Has a bit of a learning curve if you want to customize. I am using this for a heated build bed for my 3D printer. The dead zone was a bit small for configurable mechanical relays. It has a separate alarm relay which I use to actually shut down the entire system in the event of a thermocouple failure or too high a temperature. Full install of what I built using blueprints at: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1256336 Buy thermocouples that work perfectly with this…

Pros
  • Self-tuning function and intelligent instrument control for long-term stability.
Cons
  • Dear

The setup was bad for me because I have a lot of experience with electronics and weird little devices with impossible menu systems. This is the only problem you might have with the device. The relay is solid and the PID is small and unobtrusive. I strongly recommend that you insulate whatever you are heating/cooling as much as possible to use this temperature controller effectively. I currently use it to temper steel after hardening and it keeps the temperature (in a well insulated furnace)…

Pros
  • Display and control accuracy 0.1ΒΊC. More suitable for installations without a water circuit, e.g. B. Ovens.
Cons
  • Expensive
