Significant noise: Temperature controller

Worked well initially, started making very noisy after a month, one of the thermocouples didn't work from the start. I have 8 more to test. The photos show one normal operation and the other with large tips, both were connected to the same MAX6675 and the Arduino UNOI checked the entire wire for continuity, I found the positive wire was 12.3mm from the tip was broken.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Significant noise at temperature and humidity

Worked fine at first, after a month it started making a lot of noise, one of the thermocouples didn't work from the start. I have 8 more to test. The photos show one normal operation and the other with large tips, both were connected to the same MAX6675 and the Arduino UNOI checked the entire wire for continuity, I found the positive wire was 12.3mm from the tip was broken.

Pros
  • Industry and Science
Cons
  • Slightly dented

I had to buy this one because the last one blew.

There is 1 start because I had to buy it. The one that came packaged with the Inkbird controller immediately caught fire the first time I lit it due to a kink. DO NOT TAKE THIS! Bend things that need bending. Hoses if you want to turn off the water, hair if you want a perm if you want to spice up your bedroom decor. Not a wire with a metal sheath, a rigid wire, a non-hard inner sheath, a wire through which current flows.

Pros
  • Test, measure and verify
Cons
  • Unbelievable price
