I used them mainly for phone calls and a little for personal music. They were good for the music. I don't have to have the best of the best; I really just want to listen. No noise cancellation, but I didn't want that, so that was a plus for me. They were comfortable in my ears and all. Actually I would give almost four stars. Good sound, no latency issues, easy connection, long battery life and comfortable fit, although I sometimes have a hard time getting them in the right position. But that can only be me. Bass is an issue with ink'd plus. It's sorely missed and with some genres of music it doesn't sound right, if that makes sense. But I have to say, for the price, I haven't found any better options. UPDATE 7/26/2021: TLDR - Skullcandy sent out a warranty replacement and they are working fine now. Full Version - After making a warranty claim with Skullcandy and sending them the defective headphones (using the shipping label they sent me) I got a response fairly quickly that they would send me a replacement pair.
