There are a lot of fakes out there but these guys seem to have found the right combination of quality, cost and packaging options: single cartridges, dual black, dual black with 1 color, 2 black with 2 colors etc. My HP 4650 series works fine and they have updated their chip so more HP printers recognize them. Highly recommended. 1/3 OEM price. The downside is that they can't be refilled in big stores. They only refill original OEM cartridges.

They fit my printer as described but the first one I tried was not recognized for use. The second was recognized by the printer as a remanufactured cartridge and works great. I've requested a replacement and the two newest ones are working fine. Annoyingly, if I had used "good" first, I most likely wouldn't have known about "bad" until the return window closed. I'd recommend testing both when you get them just to be sure.

I have bought from Inktopia about 5 times and each time the color and black remanufactured ink cartridges have worked perfectly.
