Accurate and Reliable Automotive Compression Tester

This compression tester is a must-have for any mechanic working in the automotive industry. Its accuracy and reliability make it a valuable tool for diagnosing engine problems. The clear gauge is easy to read and the construction is sturdy, ensuring it will last through many uses. The only downside is that it can be a bit pricey compared to other compression testers on the market. Nonetheless, the quality and convenience of this tool make it worth the investment.

Pros
  • Accurately measures engine compression to ensure optimal performance.
Cons
  • Requires some level of mechanical knowledge and experience to use properly.

Garbage. Poorly. Avoid. Tears

Junk. Get a good brand name. He died after checking a cylinder. Now the reading will not exceed 30psi. Now I wasted several hours looking for low compression issues after testing it on a good cylinder. ANOTHER ANOTHER FRIEND. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Sellers shouldn't be allowed to sell "similar" things that should stably work like a normal product but don't work.

Pros
  • Properly sized fuel hose and brass fittings put this tool a step above in quality and durability
Cons
  • Not bad

UPDATE, broken. for diagnostic, test and gauge equipment

I've used this on 3 different vehicles. I have used this to test the compression of used cars before I buy them to make sure they are in good condition. It is difficult to tell if a cylinder is leaking unless it is already in the symptomatic stage. So you know immediately whether you have to go or an expensive repair is imminent. Works great and pretty accurate as far as I can tell. Comes with a set of different connectors for different types of plugs. UPDATE 8/3/17: Sensor now registers 45psi…

Pros
  • Works on motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles and personal watercraft including traditional electronic and computer controlled domestic and import vehicles
Cons
  • Not bad but...
