Worth the price, comfortable and fit was just right

When I first took them out of the box I thought they sent me the wrong size because they looked so small. I even checked the sizing before even trying them on. They fit perfectly. I wear size 8 shoes and they fit well and are snug (not tight) with plenty of room in the toe box. Love it! If you are between sizes, I recommend ordering one size up. I would recommend them and will definitely consider this brand for my future running shoes.

Pros
  • May help improve overall leg health and mobility
Cons
  • May not be suitable for CrossFit fans.

Great shoes for climbing

Great shoe for climbing, not the best for endurance moving side to side or paddling etc. Lots of sliding but otherwise great shoes.

Pros
  • The soft midsole offers cushioning during high-impact activities.
Cons
  • May cause blisters for some users.

LOVE HER. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

Love her. Absolutely in love with these shoes. A lightweight. Comfortable. The fingers are absolutely comfortable. I don't sacrifice arch or heel support. I feel like I can accept anything. The sizing is dead and I have a wide foot so I really appreciate it.

Pros
  • Lightweight and comfortable for long-term wear
Cons
  • Not suitable for people with wide feet.

daughter loves her!

My daughter loves these shoes. He says they are very comfortable and really help with leg pain. She was SO GRATEFUL that I got her this! She didn't have to spend any of her own money to buy them, so she had more money to buy her own fast food. She was SO HAPPY!

Pros
  • May help prevent common foot injuries like plantar fasciitis and shin splints.
Cons
  • Can slip during dynamic movements.

The best shoes for Crossfit!

I've tried nano and methcons but these are THE BEST! They hug your leg without pinching your toes and they look so good! Remember that lighter color shows off all the gym grime lol.

Pros
  • Suitable for a variety of activities including high-intensity interval training, weightlifting and flexibility training.
Cons
  • Not recommended for people with knee or hip problems.

Super comfortable and light

I have another pair of Inov-8's that I've been using daily for 3-4 miles of sidewalks and dirt tracks for a few months now and they fit me great. I like this new pair even better: they look better (the others are too chunky - these are slimmer and nicer) and very light, but they still give good support and are very flexible.

Pros
  • Secure fit with lace closure
Cons
  • May not be breathable enough for long workouts.

Excellent but the size is larger than my rating.

They were surprisingly comfortable for strength and cardio workouts. The only problem I had was that I had to go half a size up. So I can't say anything about durability. I have scar tissue on my left foot from Morton's neuroma and it didn't bother me at all. Super light and comfortable

Pros
  • Good value for money
Cons
  • May not adhere well to some floor coverings.

So close, swap for a different size

I'm looking for cross training and agility shoes (because I don't run but enjoy a good workout). I was looking for shoes with a low profile (no thick soles) and mesh uppers or something that would fit my wider forefoot. (I usually wear Vibram 5 Fingers but wanted something with more cushioning). They seemed perfect, but my right toes rest on the toes of my boot, and ironically, my right foot is my smaller foot, so it's weird. I almost always wear an 8.5 (8 in sandals), I'll switch to a size 9…

Pros
  • Enjoyable
Cons
  • Useless features

Great sneakers for training

My wife loves these shoes. She uses them for zumba and batting, and when she puts them on, she not only feels cute in them, but thinks they help her with her workout. They are light and flexible.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Very expensive

Great for running

I was looking for a good cross training shoe that I can use mainly for running. I've had several pairs of Inov-8s and have been a fan since I was in boot camp. I chose this pair and they were a great shoe for long walks. My very flat feet feel very secure and supported in the shoe. And it's a lightweight shoe that I really like. Will definitely buy Inov-8s again.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Legacy

Wrong size my mistake

I bought the wrong size but these shoes looked great. We've been using inov8 for over 9 years, I've settled on 195 and can't wait to test them.

Pros
  • I hold my fists
Cons
  • Quality

Love Shoes - Ladies

This works well for me at the gym. I'm doing less cardio and more db and kb exercises, lots of weighted squats and lunges. I have a wide forefoot and they fit snug but are comfortable. I don't even think about my legs. TTS. I used 235 but they stretched and were too wide so I didn't have the support I needed.

Pros
  • Hands Free
Cons
  • Some Bugs

Great low profile fitness shoe.

Great for running, sprinting, lifting weights. Feels true to size and is holding up very well after 3 months of heavy use. Also a great walking shoe if you like low heels. Significant upgrade of materials compared to the previous Inov8.

Pros
  • Best in class
Cons
  • Good overall but...
