Review on Inov-8 Women's Flite 245 Cross Trainer Shoes: Athletic Footwear for Men by Andrew Webster

I was looking for a good cross training shoe that I can use mainly for running. I've had several pairs of Inov-8s and have been a fan since I was in boot camp. I chose this pair and they were a great shoe for long walks. My very flat feet feel very secure and supported in the shoe. And it's a lightweight shoe that I really like. Will definitely buy Inov-8s again.
