I enjoy how flexible it can be for our organization! We are able reach customers in multiple ways depending upon their needs at any time of day or night (even if they're sleeping.) It's helped us reduce cost by reaching more people with fewer agents needed but we love being proactive too - not just reactive like other companies do when contacting patients after hours / weekends etc..
