We have been working with this software from almost 2 years now,it is simple enought that anyone can use it without any training also we are having live meetings using webcams which helps us save time & moneyWe find most useful features like 3d printing etc.,we would love more customization options so as per our need they should be included but overall its good product worth buying! The product is very easy to use, it's user friendly in terms of navigation through all its features. I like that you can easily customize your own templates using different colors as well as adding icons/pictures from Google Drive etc. As an end customer we need to have our customers be able to see what exactly they are doing before performing any actions (such as cutting materials).
