Card slots are tight with a card.

These wallet inserts seem ok (don't know about durability yet), but each credit card slot is as narrow as a regular credit card. This makes it difficult to pull out a credit card each time it is needed and it is not possible to put more than one card in each slot. My previous card case would fit two cards in the compartment just enough to be able to easily pull each card out, which would be ideal.

Ideal. I didn't know they still make them.

I have a checkbook that I have been using for over 20 years and one of the inserts was in it. Well service books are rare enough these days and spares even rarer that when I found them in search of something else I was about to give up mine, they're perfect. with slots for cards, a checkbook is my wallet again.

Exactly what I was looking for!

I really needed new wallet liners, but I had two main criteria: 1) Fewer sleeves/pockets; and 2) top access opening on front panel. So when I opened my wallet and needed to take out my ID, card, etc., I didn't have to turn the bag over and try to take it out or put it back in.
