This is a great platform to learn how to run your own business.

The platform itself is amazing! It has been very helpful in helping us learn how to run our own business. The platform gives us so many options and it’s easy to get confused, but in no way is that a bad thing. The creators make sure that you are getting answers and solutions, whether it be technical help, resources or education. If you want to be successful, you will be given the tools you need to become successful. We recommend this platform to anyone who wants to start their own business…

Pros
  • It has lots of features that allow me to create custom reports and dashboards.
  • It is super easy to build new templates
  • You can get training to use it
Cons
  • Some templates are buggy and don't work properly.
  • Sometimes you have to pay to add modules or add features to a template.

They are flexible and willing to change directions if something isn’t working.

We had no idea what kind of work we would get when we hired them. But they came up with some creative ideas and actually did exactly what we asked. It was fun working with them. A big plus for us is the flexibility and willingness to change direction if something isn’t working. We have gotten feedback about how we could improve the service, and we will definitely look into that. Overall, we’re happy with the work and the people we worked with. They made suggestions like "change this line here”…

Pros
  • They did a great job of finding bugs and fixing them before going live.
  • There were no issues at all during their development phase and the implementation was painless.
Cons
  • The UI is not as clean as some other services, so it takes longer to get familiar with it.

We had a great experience working with Insight Alpha.

Overall we had a great experience with Insight Alpha. It was our first ever search engine optimization (SEO) service and they were fantastic! They helped us achieve our goals and gave us a thorough plan for growth. After months of work, our site now ranks number 1 for over 300 keywords across 10 different countries and continents. I couldn’t recommend them enough. In terms of SEO services, you want something that is both hands-on and long term so as your website grows it doesn't become too much

Pros
  • They provided an in depth report showing us what was going on and how to fix any issues we found along the way.
  • It was a really comprehensive report with good advice on how to continue building our online presence
  • They are always quick to respond to any questions
Cons
  • It didn't give us everything we wanted
  • We could have done with a little more communication and guidance throughout the project
  • The costs were a little high for the time spent
