Incredible RGB LED for the price

I was very impressed with this tiny lamp. It's incredibly well built and durable, which is perfect if you travel a lot. The case is made of aluminum, the keys are also solid. It puts out a lot of light for such a small area, and the HSL and RGB modes are great for adding colored light to the background. I currently use it as an accent light, but in a pinch it can also be used as a camera light. The only downside is probably the battery life and the fact that it's internal and needs to beโ€ฆ

Cheap Insstro RGB LED Video Light

The Insstro C1 RGB LED Video Light is a cost-effective solution for vlogging, live streaming, zoom calls and even photography. I mention that it's economical because several comparable flashlights cost at least $40 more than the Insstro. The color representation is impressive for the price and the build quality is also impressive. As you will see in the attached photos. This light works very well on a tripod. With the right tripod head, you can easily position the light vertically orโ€ฆ

Every photographer should have one of these.

When I opened this the battery was at 50% or 2 cells. It took about an hour to charge to 100% or 4 cells. My first test was to see how long the battery life would last at full power and it lasted just over 2 hours. One feature I found interesting was that I could plug in a USB rechargeable battery and it would continue to work, so you could extend the runtime if you had one of these, or a cord long enough to plug it into an outlet to connect. For my use, this will be in place and unplugged, soโ€ฆ

Great, versatile flashlight for fills, backgrounds and special effects

The Insstro C1 is a versatile, compact, rechargeable RGB light that offers a range of practical applications for video and photography. It's very well designed and comes with a nice hard case and a USB-C charging cable. The housing is made of aluminum with a matte diffuser disc that protects the LEDs. Hobbyists and professionals alike will find it useful and brighter than expected. It offers a full set of color temperature, RGB, hue/saturation, and lighting effects controls. Modes are clearlyโ€ฆ

Outstanding performance, value and ease of use - a winner!

My interest in the INNSTRO C1 stemmed from my positive experiences with the similar Boling BL-P1 and INSSTRO spotlights from which I bought the Boling spotlight. As with most photography and videography lamps, owning one seems to inspire ideas that require one or more additional devices. My Revain review of the Boling BL-P1 can be found on his INSSTRO list, and I won't go into detail about the generalities of the C1 here. Read the list of operating modes and controls, and it might be temptingโ€ฆ
