These built in fuse holders are of good quality. The cables and contacts are fine, the case has good water resistance. There are no complaints about these fuse holders.

Decent quality, great price. Standard (not miniature) blade type automotive fuses are used. I used them to connect the fog lights on my truck, everything worked fine.

They're definitely not waterproof. Also, the caps won't stay. I think I need to use a seal or something to keep them closed.

Real 12 gauge wire. The insulation could be better. If you plan on running maximum currents through this fuse holder, consider a better option. But it's ideal for most applications. I've used 6 so far with no problems.

This will help you decide how many wires are on each side of the holder. Allowed me to attach the terminal without adding another piece of wire and without getting in the way of the holder.

I consider this product dangerous due to the choice of wire insulation material. Long before the 12AWG conductor reaches its rating, the coating will become very soft and possibly even melt. The conductor can then penetrate through the insulation and make contact with the chassis, causing a large cascaded failure. Goo is faster than GP or PVC which are also banned in my builds.

Bought to install extra headlights on a lawnmower. I DO NOT HAVE the twisted wire, poor construction, or unsightly appearance issues described in the other review.
