I like all three. None will scratch the non-stick surface, which is very important. I don't think they're just for instant cooking, but I use them all the time and they work great. The lathe is durable and handles heavy objects well. The tongs are excellent - easy to open and close, non-stick tip. The other thing - the spatula - is amazing. I use it all the time for kids pancakes and am very happy with how it stirs and scoops.

The spatula for this set is longer than usual and stiff enough to be used as a chopper. That's exactly what you need for braising at the bottom of the multicooker. The silicone scraper has the same length (good) and a strong smell of silicone (bad), even after washing in the dishwasher.
