I currently use it to store and carry my pump. The Spectra pump is placed below, along with the hose and even the power cord. There isn't much room to put pump accessories in, but I think you could put them in the top compartment if needed. I just carry my pump supplies in a separate wet bag. I work 8-11 hour shifts. I take lots of snacks (dry and chilled) in containers of various shapes along with bottles of milk. I FINALLY found a lunch bag that fits all of my bins and still has plenty of room! I like separate, isolated subjects.
