Keeps cold cold, no complaints. This mug is HUGE too. I like how much it holds. Two stars deducted for the ugliness. Huge constant advertising about the importance of drinking water throughout the day is so unnecessary. I thought this part was a removable sticker. NO. This is printed on 4lyfe. I hate that.

I like the size but I rated it lower because it sweats. You have to put it on a paper towel and wipe the sides or water will drip onto your table, bed etc. I put ice in it but that shouldn't be a problem for a water bottle! Do not intend to use it for hot or warm liquids.

The perfect drinking cup after surgery or illness! Bought post surgery and I couldn't lift my usual large YETI mug or spilled my YETI while trying to drink in bed with limited mobility. But with this mug, you can easily pick up and hold the mug yourself, and the flexible hose makes it very convenient! The writing isn't the most visually appealing part of the mug, but for the elderly or those who don't drink enough water a day, it's a good reminder! It's perfect

Ugly but it works! All parts (except the straw cap) are dishwasher safe. I really like that this mug doesn't retain smells/flavors. I removed the straw about an inch from the bottom to make it more comfortable as it was a bit bulky. I love lots of ice in my cold drinks and if I fill the cup to the brim with ice and add a drink of my choice, the drink stays cold and the ice basically doesn't melt for 5-6 hours which is great for home/office use . I plan to buy a few more of these.
