Not worth the hassle and can be left without.

The printer almost used a cartridge before printing errors and not registering with the printer. Tried other cartridges only to find none of them are now registered. Let's get back to the Brother OEM brand. By the way, I use my printer every day.

Great deal on printer ink if I do say so myself. You will NEVER find an offer like this anywhere else in your LIFE. I have not used any of the new cartridges but once I have I will let you all know the value of buying from this respected company.

Doesn't work with MFC-J497DW

I bought this item based on the seller's description that it works like Brother LC3011 black ink for my Brother MFC-J497DW printer. However, all the cartridges I received were too wide to fit in the printer's ink slot. I threw away the box when the package arrived so I can't return it now. Otherwise, it will be sent back to the seller for a refund as soon as possible. Be careful before buying as the description of the goods from the seller is misleading.

That does not work! Don't waste your time and money

Bought a Brother MFC-J497dw printer and these replacement cartridges in case they run out. At one point I ran out of the original ink that came with my printer and tried to replace it with this one. I get question marks about the machine running out of ink which I've tried taking out and putting back in many times and still nothing. Even tried another and nothing. I'm not allowed to print everything now. Big waste of money!
