🧺 Blue Corner Basket with Secure Suction Mounting by InterDesign for Laundry and More Review

I bought this InterDesign Corner Basket after using the InterDesign Razor, Toothbrush, and Brush/Bathbrush Hooks a lot. It's made of chrome-plated stainless steel, so I bought it instead of the ones I've seen in stores that say 'metal'. This one doesn't rust! It's been hanging on the shower wall since I put it on and looks amazing!

I've had this shower basket for a few months now and it shows no signs of rust. I don't think it's stainless steel, but it doesn't rust so it might have been treated in some way. I saw what I thought was rust but it rubbed off easily with regular cleaning. I've used several stronger suction cups that I bought separately. But for this price it's a good buy compared to the "rust resistant" racks I had to buy from the supercenter every month because they rusted in just a few weeks.

I've had three of these (not sure if they're all the same brand but they're all the same design and size). They all work well and generally stay on tiled walls quite well (better than most). However after a few months (four since I last bought it) there is a lot of rust on it. It still works well but looks pretty shabby. Judging by the last pair, after another 2-4 months, rust-colored spots will begin to drip. Considering the price it's not too bad, I'm just tired of buying three a year.

I love this basket because it has enough space for several bottles of shampoo and shower gel. Place it in the bottom corner next to the tub and it stays good. The suction cups seem to hold up well while you clean the surface, allowing the suction cups to seal well. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to keep their shampoo and/or body wash in one place without taking up a lot of space in the corner of your shower and worrying about it falling into the tub while you're there. . I know. Like other bad reviews, I had trouble installing this suction cup on my bathroom tile. But the problem is that there are 4 suction cups that you don't really need. I even bought 3M tape after following another reviewer's advice. But you don't need that! Solution for falling baskets -1.
