The other day I had to clean out my closet and realized that I have too many scarves than I need. But even after clearing out my closet of the ones I no longer needed, I still had a lot of scarves left over. These hangers were perfect for allowing me to easily see what I had and hopefully kept me from buying more scarves as I tended to buy similar scarves.

A few years ago I tried to make one of these using ribbon and shower curtain rings and it just fell apart. I found this scarf holder at Revain and it's just perfect. It's heavy gauge steel and has holes for hanging (8) scarves, but I was able to fit a few more as some of the holes are quite large. It just hangs on a shelf in the closet, keeping things clutter-free and freeing up more closet space. I am very happy that I bought from this seller and will buy from them again!

All my scarves of different sizes fit here perfectly. My thinner scarves don't have any rough or jagged spots to snag. This is a simple design that fits well in my closet and looks beautiful. I also like the wider hook as it allows the holder to stand up straight in the closet. I wouldn't mind having a few more holes as I don't have enough space. IKEA sells a 9 (or 12? 16?) hole crochet scarf holder very similar to this one, only longer—for less than $8. The problem is that the scarves are hanging on top of each other. So when you have so many scarves and you hang them all together, you can't see what you have. They overlap and become quite bulky in the closet. This is a good solid scarf holder and as advertised it appears to be 'snag free'. It holds an amazing amount of scarves - I currently have 12 and I think it will fit a few more without being too tight. I considered going for the 18 stitch option but was afraid the top stitch would be too small.
