They are fine. Came sealed and everything, I was a bit mad at first because the balls were twisted so tight at the ends I couldn't get them off at first and yelled at Revane for offering me a refund because I thought I had it not done could use them, but in the end I unscrewed the ball from each pole and was able to carry it, so now everything is good 👍🏾

This item is pretty basic and decent quality but not as high quality as the jewelry you can get from a piercer or reputable online retailers (I cheaper quality metal I think) so it's definitely a get what you pay for situation. I lost the ball as soon as I unscrewed it which is not a fault of the product but be very careful when working with small parts (pulling the plug in the sink and not working on the carpet etc.)

The ball was not properly fitted and screwed into the post, either because the screw had snapped or it was a different size and too small. Also, the wand was packaged in an unsealed plastic bag, which made me wonder if this is really a new piece of jewelry or if it has been used before. I am returning this (they accept returns, which confirms my suspicion that it may not be new jewelry, although I am grateful to be able to return it) and do not recommend purchasing this item.
