The best thing about this product in my opinion was that it allowed me as an admin of our network system to be able to view what users were doing while using their computers. It also gave us easy access when we needed to do some troubleshooting with certain programs or servers. There really wasn't much dislike from any part of iis. We used it mainly because they are just easier than other products out there at the time which helped us get through projects quicker and more efficiently.

The interface can be rather confusing at first but it really isn't too hard after you get some basics down pat--it does what needs doing without getting in your way so much that any of this gets lost as other apps do with their bloated interfaces! There are certain things here like log files where they tend not always make me want more options out there or maybe have them go up by default if users never ever change them because "that would probably create lots less work!" Can connect multiple devices together, such us cell phones.
Very easy setup with all features you need! The console UI can be very confusing at first but after getting used it makes perfect sense. Everything just works as advertised. Nothing about this product is bad or needs improvement in my opinion. Just get your hands dirty using everything that comes pre-installed - nothing too complicated here from what i experience so far.
