very good for our deaf dog. Basically we're going to use the vibrate setting now that she's used to it. Of course, using the flashlight for too long will drain the battery sooner, but there are no complaints about that.

I had different brands of collars for my large dogs. These were definitely the best! I mostly use the war and vibrate option and they are strong enough to get her attention. I always get a shock when it's really necessary.

I have these collars for the second time. absolutely love her. Adjustable from puppy to large dog and in my experience it has been very effective. I feel like a small update that might help is the metal end of the clip to hold the collar together instead of the plastic. There was already a break. But overall an excellent product.

This product works as advertised. The volume of the beep definitely catches their attention. The vibration is only half through and they respond quickly. We tried the shock function at level 1 and no longer needed it. My only criticism is the collar. It's easy to move, even with just one finger fully tightened. A collar buckle is broken. Customer service is ready to reply by email or SMS. These are 2 male German Shepherd puppies from the same litter.

The collar is easy to assemble. If you have an invisible fence you could probably get this box on the same collar. Devices are charged via mini-USB. The collar has a rubber plug for the charging port which MUST be securely fastened. Otherwise there is a risk that the collar will be damaged by water getting in.
