This is *NOT* a RAID controller. That .

This is *NOT* a RAID controller. This is a PCIEv2 x1 PORT MULTIPLER on SATA 2. So it works fine for connecting 2 SSDs, although RAID can be enabled with *SOFTWARE RAID* which works but very slow, can't boot, it's easier just 2 use separate SSDs. A hardware b/w raid is the only way to perform a raid. ASM1061 does not support b/w RAID, you should buy a card with ASM1061R chip which supports b/w RAID.[.] I still disagree.
