Iobot Review

Nothing much as this is my very first contact of iobot but so far am really excited about what they are offering. The product looks like it has all that you need to get your project started right away without having to worry about any set up or configuration process. Seems quite promising for now. Easy to use, fast execution times, very well documented, great support (both by email and via Slack). Easy integration with other services like AWS Lambda or Kafka is also really nice. The pricing model could be better defined. They have different plans, but they are not clearly described. Also, a free trial would help a lot, to get a first impression. The ease of use. I can add as many sensors/actuators to my product as I need and it's compatible with all IoT devices. Can be deployed using different cloud services or locally. It supports both MQTT and CoAP protocols and can act as an end point for other IoT devices. IoBot is still very new and I think they should focus more on making things easier to use and understand.
