The ability to create a platform where I can easily send out content, and have a variety of ways for people to interact with it. I can also see what my followers are interested in, and can easily create content that will be of interest to them. The customer service was amazing! They were very helpful about creating my blog post as well as working with me to create an infographic for our website that would be eye catching and informative.
