I actually really like this case but unfortunately I just can't find the most comfortable viewing position out of the 3 settings you can choose from. I like to use my laptop or iPad on my coffee table as you can see from the photos and the most comfortable position for me is the second and last picture. UPDATE: The company contacted me and sent me a new case and keyboard. Still the same issues as before just because of the case layout, but the keystrokes on the keyboard are better. They give 4 stars because they are willing to get it right and it's not a terrible case, just functional you have to consider the grip and screen protector.
