I have two pairs of these from about 20 years ago. I wore them about once a week during that time. They're just starting to stretch a little at the waist - so the elastic is getting old. But after 20 years! These things are not subject to wear and tear and time, but at the same time they are comfortable and do not need a belt. There are zero complaints here.
