All six airtight fair weather storage boxes arrived quickly but two of the black buckle closures had broken ends and would not stay on the box. I've called customer service many times and always got a message saying I was busy talking. I left a message but no reply. I would be very happy if you would send me two replacement buckles right away.

boxes are ok, but ATTENTION the dimensions given in the description are EXTERNAL DIMENSIONS. If you want to store something of a certain size, the internal dimensions are significantly smaller than stated. In addition, the box narrows significantly from top to bottom. All but one were in perfect condition, with seals and black guard sections in perfect condition. Poor quality. The three latches are not on the lids. The two clasps inside the package have come loose meaning the clasps broke during packing. The third missing bar is not in the sealed packaging which means it fell out during packaging and wasn't even shipped. The box was in very good condition so I don't think it was damaged in transit.
