Flimsy Junk (Is it even Iris?)

I have several 6 liter Iris storage containers that I bought years ago. I still use them and they are great. It appears to be an inferior fake. My old trash cans are labeled IRIS USA INC. at the bottom of trash cans and they just say MADE IN USA. I don't think these are Iris trash cans. Read other bad reviews. Many people complain that they are poorly made. Will return.

Perfect size for lidded container

This is the perfect size for my size 10 women's shoes. The only thing I can disagree with is that most of the lids are warped and don't close tightly. It's okay if my shoes are on a closet shelf, but if a person were using them for something that needed protecting, I'd be wary. I have a box of the same brand but a little smaller, all the lids fit snugly so I expected the same quality. They came from Costco.

IRIS took what was once a good product and killed it for what? To save money?

I have had several of these 6 liter boxes over the years. They are durable and feel solid. I ordered a new set, I thought it would be the same. IRIS is definitely trying to save money on plastic. They are so thin they feel awful and have no rigidity. Cardboard will probably hold up better than these. They are going back. . . IRIS can keep them. Maybe recycle them and make something useful.

Very disappointed Good for lidded container

I usually love storage containers from IRIS. I have previously purchased the same size/style IRIS storage cases which are no longer available. They are incredibly thin and flimsy compared to the previous ones I've had. The lid barely clicks into place and the slightest lift on the box unlocks it. My old ones make an audible click when the latch closes and they give no indication that they're locked. This quality is unacceptable for a brand that used to make high quality storage containers.

Get the job done! good for containers with lids

Not the strongest plastic container and the lids snap on but are easy to remove. They're big enough for all my little things around the house and seem to be the source of the clutter. I like that they are very transparent so I can see what's inside. Overall I would recommend these bins to anyone looking for a little organization with lighter things or things you don't use that often. I gave 2 stars because these containers do what I wanted (kitchen cabinet, bulk organization, odd shaped pockets) just because they don't work for me function required. strong, nor do they have a suitable lid. - You are NOT strong. - The lids will NOT stay in place. - I assume that they are difficult to fold as the lids cannot be held. - The item was supposed to be 12 packs, but it was 10 packs.
