Six containers arrived. When opening and removing each item, one of the six containers had a broken handle that acted as a 'latch' for the lid. This means that the lid cannot be closed. I want to replace this part so I can use it as described. I tried to get someone to talk to but to no avail. Maybe you?

They are very durable. Top quality! The only issue I had was one of the handles arrived broken. I contacted the manufacturer and asked for a replacement. I will update this review with what happened. It's been 3 weeks and the company still hasn't responded to my emails or calls. So much for customer service.

This is my second set of these. They are really easy to open and close with small hands and are perfect for homeschooling 3 year olds. Fits 8.5 x 11 sheets, fully laminated with no trimming and deep enough for large puzzles, beads etc. They nest inside each other so don't take up much space when not filled and fit inside each other's lids, when stacked on top of a friend. so they don't tip over on impact. Really a fan.

for their habit of not being left locked unless wrapped so that the papers are pressed against the lid a bit. Keep in mind that they sometimes open up, especially when lightly packed, and they're great for carrying student work and teacher notes along with binders or notebooks to be used in the classroom.

If I could find a quality box of this size I would buy it. At the moment these work. The latches aren't particularly strong as many other reviews have pointed out, but for my use (storing on a shelf, accessing the contents a few times a week) they work well. When I ordered these (and a few other similar containers) I thought the clear containers were as clear as they come. I later discovered that IRIS creates a transparent blue version of some containers, which ends up being more transparent despite being blue. And I think blue looks pretty cool. In hindsight I should have searched more and tried to find clear blue versions of these, although I don't know if they make them. The transparent blue ones were a different size.
