Here is my quick, honest and factual review of these bags. As you can see from my photos there are absolutely no weather seals on the inner channel of any of the lids or on the top front edges of the bins themselves. These bags are not weatherproof in any way! I am very disappointed with this as the weather resistance of the bag was the main reason I chose this brand. Just know this in advance so you won't be disappointed if you decide to buy them. On the plus side, the bags feel very well made

However, the plastic is not thick. You can't beat them to death without breaking them. But they're huge, with a nice big handle and wheels that roll easily. We installed them for our home gym. Bags are more durable than regular bags. The locking mechanism is good but not perfect. They are definitely not "weatherproof". The padding around the lid is foam rather than rubber, allowing the pad to hold its shape and not expand again.
