Dust Box Door Latch for iRobot 🗑️ Roomba 500 600 700 Series Vacuum Cleaner Accessories Review

Easy to fit but the clip broke off on first use and the grid got stuck in the bin. I spoke to the manufacturer and they explained why they don't sell the gate separately. The whole box needs to be replaced.

I deduct a star because this flap doesn't sit very well, it dangles a bit. It takes over the task of locking the dustbin door from collected dust/hair and dirt. I wish the fit could be better but overall I highly recommend this replacement lid for the iRobot Roomba trash can.

I bought this for a robot vacuum that has a litter box that comes loose when cleaning. It was even worse. Very difficult to attach, but then the latch is just a bit short and it won't snap. Thus, in use, it opens automatically when the bin is removed for emptying and the collected dirt is dumped back onto the floor. Returned!

We have a Roomba 650 and the dustbin door cover has broken. We bought these as a replacement. It doesn't fit perfectly/tightly, but it's definitely better than nothing. The only problem that it doesn't fit perfectly is that when cleaning the trash the lid falls off and has to be put back on. It's not heavy at all, but it would be nice if it fitted better.

I ordered this item expecting to receive a complete unit that includes a small spring part that holds the latch on the Roomba dust collector. I have the latch but not the little spring piece to hold it! I really need that detail to keep the latch from falling out. Please advise where I can purchase a small pen holder (similar to the pen that holds the watch strap). I appreciate your help with this matter and intend to purchase more replacement parts from you in the future.
