The water in my well is very rusty and always covers the toilet bowl. This makes a noticeable difference; it certainly won't get rid of the sediment, but it will prevent it from sticking to the bowl for much longer. When it builds up, it just peels off.

I put the tablet in our toilet bowls on June 30th. On July 14th they were gone. They help with hard water, so they work. So far I have not had to clean the toilet with a scraper. I'm disappointed that it only took 14 days instead of 45.

My toilet has started to fail. I removed the gas cap and noticed that there was a lot of hard black mineral deposits in the tank. I bought Iron Out, poured it into the tank and after two days it became noticeably cleaner and stopped flowing between flushes! After about a week the inside of the tank looked like new. Good product.

I bought this product because my well water contains a lot of iron and manganese. I just recently installed an entire home water filtration system, but even with that (pre-filter deposit, two large tanks, then a charcoal post-filter) a tiny particle of iron can get through and over time see a small amount of water at a time.
