Well it's a drum and cymbals so of course they can be loud but this kid loves it and carries the drumstick with him everywhere like a little magic wand.

My baby loves to play with this toy, I like that it's not electronic or battery powered. We can use this in music class and it's the perfect size for babies/toddlers.

The metal part is not suitable for children who want to chew on it. In addition, if a child lands on metal while learning to stand up, they may injure themselves. I recommend buying a non-metal drum for babies.

Bought this toy for my grandson as they were already drumming on the furniture. It's too early to know if they'll play with him regularly, but he seems well-equipped to deal with the kind of childish abuse that's being inflicted on him.

I bought this for my 10 month old nephew. He's always drumming on things with his hands, so I wanted a drum that would be comfortable for babies/toddlers that didn't play music over the sounds of his own drumming. This drum is the perfect size for him, the little hammers on the sides hold well and he will find it easy to hold. I wish the sound quality was a little better, but this is the perfect first drum for most toddlers. I'm curious how he uses it!

I bought this to put in my 6 month old Easter basket and I'm not the biggest fan of it. I thought it would play music but it doesn't. Really cute little drum, perfect for a toddler.
