is great for dash cams. He hides the camera behind the rearview mirror and holds it. I got this to replace a suction cup mount that keeps falling off. This also seems to get rid of some of the vibration and stabilize the camera.

When it fits your dash cam, it gives you more mounting options than just an OEM suction cup or adhesive mount. Yi Dashcam, Papago GS110, Mobius (and any other camera that uses a 1/4x20 thread mount. It will not fit Blueskysea B1W, Viofo A119 or Ausdom AD282 or A261.

Product works as advertised with one exception. It comes with several different parts that connect to the dash cam and none of the parts that came with the product worked with the Rexing V1P but I was able to take the clip that the camera is on with the camera and double sided Duct tape to stick something to another. it was there and everything was fine. It's been hanging on the mirror for a week now, it hasn't fallen off, so everything is fine.

I installed it on a Chrysler 300C with an Old Shark camera and it's exactly what I wanted. Easy to install and secure, you no longer have to worry about it falling off the windshield. It hangs just below the rearview mirror with easy-to-access buttons and can be adjusted to any position. The mount is made of durable plastic and should stand up to the Arizona sun with ease. I would definitely order it again and can only recommend it.

2/22/19 - Seriously, I hated the window mount thing. Keeps falling off. I couldn't raise the sun visor until I took the camera away from the window. Now not only can I raise the sun visor, but the sun visor also covers/protects the camera. I can also place it just behind the rearview mirror for less distraction. Easy to install and very durable. I bought one a year ago and recently another for my second car. I'm so glad I found this.

Product arrived on time and well packaged. Comes with many different attachments for different devices. This is the best mount bang for your buck. The perfect place to hang your DVR, GPS, cellphone or GoPro camera right under your car's rear view mirror. This camera mount is easy to use and easy to assemble with a little patience. It is very robust with many adapters. Unfortunately, the adapters that came with it didn't fit my camera. With a bit of ingenuity, I solved this problem by removing the ball connector from the suction cup mount that came with my camera and attaching it to the mount. Works great!
