While this leather checkbook cover will last longer than the vinyl cover issued by my bank, the bank checkbook cover actually has a better design. The BB&T cover has a dedicated slot to hold the business card of my personal banker and a slot for me to insert a Tile locator (so that I can find my checkbook if misplaced).

Good product. I figured it would have a pen because most of the pictures had one in it, but none is listed. No biggy. Love the product though. I just think it should be photographed as offered not with extras or list somewhere that it doesn’t come with a pen.

Not exactly what I had expected. I carry my checkbook. etc. in my long wallet but this does not fit in the wallet as well as my previous one did.

Supple, beautiful leather. The pen holder keeps my pen in place. I have a special pen that I write checks with, so I used to have to hunt for it but now it stays put.

Very nice leather but the pen holder should be in the middle where you fold the wallet. The holder gets in the way when writing checks or into log book.

The quality of this cover is very good. The stitching is nicely done and the leather is not so thin that it would wear easily, yet not so thick that it would feel bulky. It comes in a nice box, wrapped in a protective fabric and multiple pieces of thin carboard material to hold its shape until it gets to you. The price seemed a little high at first but once I recieved it I realized its probably due to all the nice packaging. Probably could save 5 bucks or more if it was in a simpler package but

I wanted a simple checkbook cover and this fit the bill. And in addition I received one made with quality, soft leather. It will hold your checks and check register, and it comes with a protector for duplicate checks as well as having a loop to hold your pen. I am happy with my choice.

This is solidly constructed leather checkbook holder with a pleasing appearance (I got the plain brown one.) It looks like it will hold up. A winning feature for me is the pen loop.

I bought one of these for each of my adult kids for Christmas. I got the red, and put a classy pen in the loop.You can get leather checkbook covers for less money, but I think these are most worth the price.

Would have liked more holder slots for cards or a clear one for an ID card. Also the pen holder is very large in diameter, standard size pens will fit but easily fall out. Overall it is very nice.Note: there is a lot of packing material to throw away. plastic, paper box, more plastic, some kind of cloth like material, and more paper. Over half the shipping weight is in the packaging.

I bought a black pebble one for my checking account. I am ordering a brown pebble for my money money market. The black one is the best cover I have ever owned.

I noticed other companies that came up when I searched for a real leather checkbook that claimed to use real leather only to find out it wasn’t. This company uses 100% leather and the option I got was with a pen holder. Yay! I’m super satisfied it’s simple but classy.
