The product arrived with the seal completely removed. When I opened the container the seal was halfway between the product. Someone had to remove the seal and put a hair mask cream on it. I'm wondering if the product in it is even a 10 hair mask?

This item came with a glued lid which I think was a precaution for shipping but I think this is mainly due to the lid not being sealed to the end closes. I like your line of products. I use a leave-in conditioner to brush through my daughter's ridiculously thick curly hair every time I step out of the shower. I have thin hair, doesn't leave marks and isn't greasy! I recommend everyone in the salon! Really deceptive as it is packaged the same as the original product, you will not know unless you are a frequent user of the product this is not the case no matter what you do packed have a real product. .
