I received my compressor very quickly along with excellent customer service from Hyatt's All Things Creative. I highly recommend this seller. The compressor is great for hobbyists. I'm not sure what people do with a pulsed or underpowered wing, but if you attach the brush properly, this rig will easily maintain 30psi with the included air hose.
