I have recommended them to all my friends/colleagues who work on computers. Love these glasses they did what I wanted them to. I wear them when I'm working on the computer and it actually helps reduce the light exposure, I even take them outside sometimes if the sun is really too strong that day. but i think after a year (? i'm not sure) after use the right screw keeps loosening and i have to screw it back in again and again (problem because i don't have such a small screwdriver). and I think I should mention that too: I think my skin has been pimpled in those places…
