Jabra Elite Active 45E Wireless Sports Headphones - Navy Review

Great sound and comfort. The only improvement I could wish for is that the cord is about an inch or so long so it can rest on my shoulders if I need to take it off for a moment. I can wear them for about three hours before pausing for a few minutes, which was better than most headphones I've used.

They serve as my hands free/entertainment device on my daily commute to work. I usually use it 2 hours a day, 5 days a week and only charge it once a week (not because it's dead, just because the battery will be dead by then). It took me a minute to figure out exactly how I want to shape the earcup. but now that I understand, they are perfect.

open design means I can hear what's going on around me while running. Controls are easy. The problem is that the ear cups hang from the ear loops. So if you're looking for the fit you get with a drop-in earbud, you won't get it. Even with my phone in my back fanny pack, I sometimes get Bluetooth hiccups. When my phone is attached to a bracelet or I turn it sideways or in front of my body, it works great.

I ordered these headphones. Pleased with the battery life and sound quality. However, during the day of using the product, I noticed that the audio cuts out when I turn my head to the left. I sent the headphones back and replaced hoping I just got a defective pair. Received a replacement later that week and encountered the same issue with a second pair of headphones. I shouldn't pay that much for headphones that have trouble with the sound when I turn my head a bit.

I've been using the Jabra Elite 45 for a few months now and am very happy with it. I've tried several more expensive brands, most of which either stopped working or fell out of my ear during a workout. Unfortunately I have to return this product because the sound quality is damn good but for me personally it fits horribly. If, like me, you have not only small ears but also inner ear piercings, then you know how difficult it is to find a pair of earbuds that you feel comfortable in. This particular style is extremely uncomfortable due to the fact that they sit in the ear.
