The sound quality is good and the break connector makes it easy to work with.

The sound quality is good and the disconnection connection makes it easy to use. When the headset arrived I was disappointed that I had to purchase a cable to connect to my phone separately. Thanks to the quick release feature, the headset comes in two parts; the actual overhead part and the telephone connection part. At the time of purchase, it was not clear that the headset would be useless without an additional cable.

I was very happy to find this product

I was very happy to find this product. The price is great! However, I understand that my head is big and I can never get a good fit. The headset stretches about 3/4 from ear to ear. That's how I'm used to wearing my headset. Haha! As for the sound quality, there is no volume control on this model. I want to turn up the volume. People on the other end of our conversation sometimes told me they couldn't hear me well. My job requires me to make daily calls so I'm still looking for a better quality

Broke after 2 years.

These are some of the worst headphones I've ever used in the office in terms of durability. Unfortunately I have devices that only use a Jabra QC device. I have had 4 defective devices in the last 4 years. Either the microphone fails or the speaker fails due to their poor design on the wiring inside the headset. Replacing them is still cheaper than replacing the hardware they connect to, but what a pain! So I order a few more.
