Awesome to use!

I used vinegar. This is a much easier way to control the acidity of the soaking water. That works great. I wish it was in resealable packaging.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Unreliable

Came with dye!

Oh hi I didn't know I was getting the set. Good business. This is a good reagent for attaching acid dye to protein-based fibers when you can't stand the smell of vinegar. However, it should be noted that if you are dyeing a mixture of fibers or yarns containing Stellina, you should stick with vinegar as the citric acid will destroy the Stellina.

Pros
  • Pretty package
Cons
  • Can't remember

12 oz not 16 oz

When it arrived the bag had 3 holes in 3 different places. The citric acid spilled all over the box leaving a mess on the floor even before I opened the Revain box to see what was going on. Revain sent me a replacement. When I opened the replacement ad, I made toilet bombs with it. I used 4 ounces of each and found I should have gotten 4 uses but only had 3 uses so there was only 12 ounces of product and not 16 ounces. The product worked, I think so. I've only used it with baking soda and scent

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
