Not worth the money

Two of the 4 bulbs stopped working within 2 months of use in my desk lamp and bedside lamp. So... . 2 is still running at a starting price of $14 for 4 . . . .So they cost about the same as those sold at your local store. And after what time do the other two light bulbs stop working? If you buy them from a store, at least you'll get new ones when you run into problems. .

  • Energy saving. The dimmable A15 bulb is equivalent to a 40 watt incandescent bulb and can produce 400 lumens of light with just 4 watts of power. Economical lamps and an excellent replacement for conventional incandescent and compact fluorescent lamps.

No 40W equivalent and flicker problem

These supposed 40 watt bulbs didn't properly replace the two 40 watt bulbs in our bathroom; about a third less light. They also flicker with old dimmer switches (tested with other LEDs that didn't flicker but didn't fit in the glass case). Not expensive enough to bother with returns, but soon to be replaced by better lamps.

Small lamps for kitchen/dining room

I needed bulbs that were a little smaller than the usual size most commonly used in table lamps and fixtures, and I was having a hard time finding the right size. In the end, they perfectly match a chandelier with individual glass balls around the lamps. They don't flicker when dimmed, which I've experienced in the past. Very happy with them based on size, color/warm sheen and price.
