Great little hour meter. The AC/DC input makes them very versatile, however I don't find the reset function to be entirely compatible with AC. I am using a unit for a 72V DC solar pool filter pump that generates AC power when running. This counter is perfect for my application and works flawlessly. I recommend this product

The only means of counter-mounting prevents it from being used in most wood panels over 1/4 inch thick. Electrical contacts are extremely small. My existing standard sized plugs do not fit the existing gauge pins with any tightness. and reliability.
